The central theme of "Ozymandias" is contrasting the inevitable decline of all leaders and of the empires they build with their pretensions to greatness. Prevent Cromwell Bottom LNR achieving such a state

Those interested in Cromwell Bottom LNR might be interested in the non sensical development proposed by Head of Service which significantly misled cabinet and proposed by politicians on a number of fronts with the aim  to extract monies from our Natural History and destroy the last semblage of the Jewel in Calderdales Crown.


We will be holding a meeting aprox 3rd week in May TBC  to provide a clear analysis of this folly and to clarfy fully the facts on the matter that appear to be being negotiated separately and discretely as a consultative process . Such a meeting will engage all Stakeholder Groups and Statutory Undertakers involved with the site . The Councils previous allusion to meetings involved them being unminuted and individuals with no core understanding or knowledge on site matters resulting in a sham that did not ammount to a process . It will be interesting to see if the HOS attends to justify the Technical , Legal Planning and Logistic aspects of his suggestion
